Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

Items sold on this website are non-returnable due to the hygiene and personal care nature of the products.
 However, a request for return or replacement can be raised within 2 days of receipt of the product under the following conditions:

  • The product is physically damaged or tampered.

  • The product is expired.

  • The wrong product has been delivered.

In case of the above conditions, DRFlogy will first verify the claim by contacting you to ascertain the damage or defect prior to issuing a refund or replacement.
 Please keep the product in its original condition, along with all accompaniments, packaging, and manuals (if any) received.

Once verification is complete:

  • We will initiate a replacement depending on the availability of stock.

  • If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued to the account from which the payment was made.

  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, a refund cheque will be deposited in your bank account in favor of the “Billing Name” used while placing the order.

Note:
 Cash-on-Delivery charges and shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

In case of a missing product, we will verify the claim and ship a fresh product to you.

Refund Policy

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be made to the original payment method (bank account, credit card, debit card, etc.) within 7 business working days.

  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, customers are required to provide bank details to receive the refund.
  • The replaced or exchanged policy will be delivered within 10 business working days

Cancellation Policy

  • An order can be cancelled only when it is in the “Pending”

Once the order is processed, it cannot be cancelled.
